Let's talk about the cloud.

We all loved the cloud at first: no servers to set up, no more late-night calls when a disk failed, no more upfront capacity planning, and much more.

But over time, complexity crept in. AWS now offers more than 200 services and hundreds of thousands of pricing combinations. What was once simple is now a Hydra with hundreds of heads. Soon the CFO started asking how to cut costs, but with so much complexity, understanding the billing statement itself is a full-time job, and you don't have time for it.

I have been in this position myself. I know this feeling very well. That's why I started Lean Cloud. With more than fifteen years of experience using AWS, I learned how most services work, how to monitor usage before costs get out of control, and how to optimize cloud spending.

If you are in this position and want a helping hand, send me an email at hi@leancloudhq.com. We are happy to help you manage your bill and resources efficiently.
